Day 8: Departure

Day: 1. Ulaanbaatar

Arrival in Ulaanbaatar city. Our guide and driver will pick you up from the airport and transfer to the hotel. After refreshment at the hotel, we will start our city tour. Stop by the Main Square of the capital city, Visit Gandan the biggest Buddhist monastery, see Mongolian Folk and dance concerts. We finish our day with evening flow relaxation yoga by our yoga instructor.

Day: 2. Chonjin Boldog

After breakfast, We drive to Chonjin Boldog, where we can see the giant Chinggis Khan monument and arrive at Terelj National Park in the afternoon. We take our yoga mat and do a little bit of hiking to the mountain and practice yoga followed by an instructor. In the evening, we invite Buddhist monks to teach and guide us to do everyday meditation on a daily basis.

Day: 3. ‘Khugnu Khan’ National Park

Morning yoga followed by breakfast, we continue our trip to Khugnu Khan National park which is about 300 km from the city. Picnic and quick stretch yoga on the way by the river and arrive at our next tour camp.

Day: 4. ‘Khugnu Khan’ National Park

Today, we warm up our bodies by hiking to old monastery ruins with our yoga mat. Once we reach, our guide will explain the whole story of the old monastery's history and meditation will be guided by our instructor on a very special spot. Overstay in Ger camp.

Day: 5. ‘Khugnu Khan’ National Park

Morning flow yoga followed by breakfast, drive to the ancient capital of Mongolia, KharKhorin city. We will visit Erdene Zuu monastery and its museum. Local market, souvenir shopping are available in the area.

Day: 6. Kharkhorin city

Morning starts with flow yoga by the river of Orkhon. Today, visit nomadic families with yak, goat and sheeps. You can experience making dairy products like curd, cheese and yogurt. Evening, we will see a local folk concert at the camp.

Day: 7. Ulaanbaatar city

After breakfast, drive back to Ulaanbaatar city. We visit shopping malls and cashmere outlets. Farewell dinner at Mongolian restaurant.

Day: 8. Departure

We will see off at the airport.
